iProply Agent Mobile Application

• These terms also apply to the iProply Agent mobile application ("the App"), our companion app for real estate agents. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms
• License: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App to access your iProply agent account. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or use the App other than as permitted here
• Your account: Access to the App requires an active iProply agent account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account
• Client information: The App may display inquiry and lead details, including a prospective client's contact information. You agree to use this information only for legitimate real-estate purposes and in accordance with applicable law
• Availability and updates: The App is provided "as is." We may update, change, or discontinue it at any time. Notifications and other features depend on network availability and your device settings
• App stores: Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store from which you obtained it (for example, Google Play)
• Termination: We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these terms or misuse the service
• The disclaimers and limitations of liability stated above apply equally to the App
